Shadiest Workout Ever
I can't let this scam of a workout go on any longer. Biggest waste of $20 EVER- I'm sure your boyfriend/husband/best friend would volunteer for this for free. Heck, even that random guy that serves your coffee every morning would pay to be in the shake weight's position.
